At Socchol, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and reliably across Canada.

All orders are processed within 3 business days after order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service.

Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We currently ship across Canada. Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, holidays, high shipping volumes, or courier delays beyond our control.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method. Promotional free shipping offers may apply to eligible orders.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate before placing your order. Socchol is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@socchol.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be possible to modify or cancel it.
