This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Socchol, an e-commerce brand operated by Durqo Marketplace Inc.

We want our customers to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below.

• Be in resalable condition

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used skincare, beauty, or personal care products

• Products with broken safety seals

• Items not in original packaging

• Final sale or clearance items

• Gift cards and downloadable products

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@socchol.com with clear photos of the issue.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

• Store credit

• A full or partial refund

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns unless otherwise stated.

If the return is due to our error, including damaged, defective, or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be covered by Socchol.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking confirmation.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within approximately 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather conditions, and courier services. Estimated delivery time within Canada is generally between 2–10 business days after shipment.
